Hello @qin_chao, thank you for your message. Please help us by describing the issue in more detail. What error message are you seeing, and at what stage does it occur? Which file are you uploading and which subtitles are you selecting?

If you open any audio content, such as a podcast, you’ll find that the actual speech contains much more information than the displayed transcript and translation. A significant portion of the audio content is neither displayed nor translated.

The transcript is missing parts of the spoken audio. For example, the speaker clearly says, “I’m going to talk about,” but this phrase is completely omitted from the transcript. This happens very frequently. You can easily reproduce the issue by uploading almost any audio file or opening a podcast, where many spoken words or phrases are missing from the displayed transcript.
