all languages not showing up on netflix with language reactor turned on, have to keep turning off extension

I watch in mostly Japanese audio, but even if the video has Japanese it might not show up with language reactor turned on. I have to turn it off to show all available audio and subtitles. Is there a fix?

Are you seeing this when you click on the settings gear () icon for LR?

Or in the subtitles/CCs available on a particular platform?
