Allow the selection of custom translated language subtitles in the media file player - similar to the dual human translated option on youtube

Hi,

I kindly request the team consider adding the ability for the user to select their own subtitle file for translated language in the MEDIA_FILE_ PLAYER _v2.0.

The feature is already present on youtube, allowing the user to choose human translations for both, original language and translated language.

Many video files come with embedded subtitles for multiple languages already or they can be easily found using the existing open-subtitles utility.
