As the title says. I am saving phrases and when I try to listen to them on the page it won’t even play them. Can’t export audio to anki cards since there is none. I am from Chile learning Dutch, using ASR and I am using a macbook air.

Same issue on my end. Quarterly paying member here since start of 2024. The earlier saved phrases have audio. The more recent ones (a month old) don’t. Help please, support team!

Hi, we found the problem last week and fixed it. Both new and old items should have audio again. It might be missing for some rare titles still, where TTS is used instead.
