i can´t save any phrases even subtitles ASR PRO doesn´t work , i don´t know why it´s happening but i checked on netflix and youtube and neither them work. please responsibles for language reactor figure this out as soon as possible , because i´ve paid for your services and i don´t wanna paid for something that doesn´t work at all.

For the past two days, the same thing has been happening to me with the ASR subtitles. It keeps loading and says “connection error.”

Same here, it’s so annoying. Even more disappointing that there is little to no communication from the developer team. At least let the people know that whether you’re working on the issue or not! Or an estimated time when everything will be back to normal.
Not acceptable for a paid service. Don’t get me wrong devs, i’m not trying to be a jerk to you guys for no reason, i love your product and it has helped me immensely in my language learning. But please try to be more communicative with the community.
