ASR Pro Italian not working (Netflix)

The ASR Pro Italian subtitles on Netflix have stopped working.
It used to work perfectly before, but now it doesn’t load anymore — only the regular “Italian” subtitles appear.

  • Original language: German
  • Primary language: Italian (ASR Pro Italian)
  • Secondary language: English (translation subtitles)

Please check if there’s an issue with the ASR Pro Italian track or Netflix integration. This feature is extremely useful for language learners, and it would be great to have it working again.

Angelina, any updates?
It turns out that the problem is not just with this particular movie or a particular language. This is an ASR Pro error for multiple, if not all, languages.
