The subtitle keep loading and never show up

It worked fine before, it was normal, but I haven’t used it for a long time. When I opened Reactor again today, Reactor displayed “Subtitles are loading, please wait…”. I thought it would only take a few minutes, but the subtitles have not yet appeared. Even if you change to a different video, it will still happen. But if you turn off Reactor, you can watch the original Netflix subtitles. The reactor even appeared once, and video A had subtitles for video B.

Have tried reloading the website, refresh… but it doesn’t work.

I have the same issue for weeks

I updated to Pro today to try the ASR for Filipino. I’ve tried it for multiple videos as well as in Spanish. None of those options have allowed ASR to work for me on Netflix. My region is the U.S.

Reactor does not work

Hello Everybody ! Don’t be push hard on them because this issue it’s not about Language Reactor, it’s about Netflix itself ! I’m giving you the solution here : I’m just wishing since 2 weeks that the developers pined this answer to this issue on the top of the forum, that will help more people ! (By the way, one of the developers got surgery so be understanding guys ) Have a nice days everybody !
