Hey, I’m currently trying to watch an anime with japanese subtitles from France, but whenever I set the language configuration, it gives me the following error : “Problem fetching ASR subs ‘make-ready’”… I tried with multiple shows, and I get the same problem for most of them… Can someone help me

yeah this subtitle bug keeps recurring and its basically a blocker,
the non-asr subs don’t match the dub so its not useable

this is inexcusable. the feature has been non functional for two months now. it is a core feature of premium and its broken. why am I paying you?

LR is not really useful without this feature, I just bought pro and it seems pointless at the moment

I am still experiencing this bug – it has not worked for more than a month now (Netflix, Edge, MacOS, France, French subtitles).
If this paid feature is not going to be fixed, please let me know how I can get a refund for the last month.

@AD123, we have already fixed this issue. Please try using Google Chrome, as it is currently the only browser we officially support. Our application may not work properly in Edge, for example, you may encounter the error “Problem fetching ASR subs ‘make-ready’”.
It has now started working again (in Edge). If it stops working I will try Chrome next time. Thanks
