Hey, I live in Hungary, Central Europe, I have been trying to set the subtitles to ASR Espanol for days and it doesn’t work at all. None of the series, movies work with this setting. Actually I have tried the other ASR options with other languages and nothing seems to be working now. Earlier I didn’t experience anything like that. It says "problem fetching ASR subtitles “make-ready” I have been a pro user for years. Here you can find some of the links that don’t work (For example My Life with the Walter Boys or Chesapeake Shores) How can I fix this problem? Where can users report problems like that? Thank you. Anikó
i also have this issue, i want to watch Pepa the Pig on netflix with chinese subtitles and get the same error
i have the same issue… i wonder when i have to wait till
Today I have experienced a different issue, now it says “problems fetching asr subs network error” Yesterday it was different, not network-error but something like “…asr subs make-ready”. I’ve checked it on my both laptops. Last night I sent an email to dioco@dioco.io to report this problem. I guess it is their email address. You should send one too. I guess this problem is connected to their servers, but the more complaints go the sooner they might act.
I believe these technical advancements may introduce new features to various languages. I have seen new subtitle functions for YouTube, similar to those on Netflix.
Hello everyone! We have caught this error. It has already been sent to the team and will be fixed asap.
Thanks!
It’s happening to me to and i can barely watch any content using ASR pro subs. This is quite disappointing as this was the main reason i pay for ASR pro. Even stuff that was working with the ASR pro subs before no longer does due to this error. I hope it will be fixed soon or i will be cancelling my subscription.
Hi. It’s been almost 48 hours since it last worked and it still hasn’t been fixed
