I have the PRO account, and I can’t save words or phrases, OR open pop-up translations on youtube, it’s really bad.
This is for all videos on YouTube, tho I’m specifically watching with Mandarin subtitles. I’m located in Hungary.

I’m having the exact same problem; I can’t save words as known or as learning. It’s been at least a few weeks since this has been an issue.
