Hello, I just purchased pro in order to get the dubbed subtitles. And every time I start Netflix up or the series that I want to watch, where it says “sign in” in order to receive pro, I click on it, and it doesn’t work. (i.e., I’m already signed in, in the app, and the browser website), Yet every time I click on a Netflix show, either directly on Netflix or on the LR website, get to the show, select Spanish audio, and then click on the dubbed Spanish subtitles, it asks me to sign in again. And this is incredibly frustrating.

Please try clearing your browser’s cache. This issue is most likely related to the cache. I don’t see any issues on our end. Let me know how it goes! ![]()
