I don’t know how to do
I purchased a one-year Pro membership. Because your checkout page appeared to freeze and did not confirm the transaction, I thought the payment had failed and tried again. As a result, a second one-year membership was charged to the same account.
Could you please consolidate the two identical payments by extending my Pro membership for a total of 05/08/2027 or advise on another solution you prefer?
