I just signed up the ´Pro´ membership and paid yet when I try to use the function for ´pro´membership, it doesn´t allow it and ask me join the ´pro´membership even on the next day after I made the purchase.
I tried the chatbot, it replied that my issue will be passed to the certain department, but I don´t receive any feedback yet.

Can you see Mode:Pro in your account settings on Language Reactor? (see screenshot)
Make sure you are logged into the same account in the extension by comparing the email address specified in the extension settings with the email address on the website. And also see Mode:Pro in extension settings
If everything above works as described, please send your request to languagelearningextension@gmail.com and indicate your account email address.
