This error usually appears while the ad before the video is loading. You can simply close it, as it’s not related to the subtitle issue in the video. I can see that the subtitles work correctly after selecting the language in the settings.
If you still don’t have subtitles for the video, please disable all other extensions, especially ad blockers, as they often interfere with LR extension’s normal operation.
