I export the subtitles from a Netflix video to Excel. It appears to be working but I am never asked for the file name or save location. I have searched my entire hard disk for “(asterisk).xls(asterisk)” and sort by latest file date and only my files are shown, that is, no new Excel file appears to be created. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
In your browser settings, you have to accept popups for the reactor site.
I had the same problem, exporting seemed to work fine, except I could not find any files nowhere. After I accepted popups, the files showed up in my regular download folder.
