The Subtitle Export Print ( HTML) not working on Youtube

I am in the US and when I try to export fro YouTube the Subtitle Print (HTML) nothing happens.
The excel feature works but not the Print option.

I switched to Netflix to see if it works on that site and it does. No problem exporting on Netflix.

It still is not working for me as of yesterday evening.

Hi, this was related to a Chrome update, it is fixed now.
