why did the feature in this Media Content fail? it shows this prompt. i used this feature a lot before. I have my own MP3 file and SRT subtitle to use. but now it doesn’t work. What’s the reason for this?

I have this issue too for about the past three months
i can use it yesterday， but now it doesn’t work. it is really frustrating! The reason i subscribed is precisely to use this feature. If it is unavailable now, i would like a refund.

I have this issue too, every day after midnight
This started happening to me as well for some SRTs when it has been working perfectly fine. For some others it works fine, but I cannot see any problem at first glance with the ones that fail
Can confirm, this is happening to me too. Only tried it today so I don’t know how long it’s been happening.
Now i’ve found that it works normally if it’s not midnight or early morning here. It seems to be an issue related to specific time periods. Hope the developers can fix this bug.
