  1. SECOND QUESTION: It seems that i cannot upgrade to Pro during my free trial period? I ask if this is the case because I was trying to pay money to see if it fixed the problem but there’s literally no option to pay until the trial expires, right?

We will have a look on the bugs.
You can pay only after the trial is over but it would be the same probably.

The problem is likely that the subtitles (which were generated using Google Cloud Transcription) contain individual subtitles which are too long.

Google is stupid.

Thanks.

Hi, Im experiencing the same issue when using a video file with German subtitles. I noticed that problem happens when the SRT file contains too many characters/words per line. If too long, the API just responds with 400.

If I change the configuration of the SRT file to contain less chars or words per line, the file is processed succesfully. This solution is ‘OK’, however, sometimes in some videos, the conversation is splited in odd places when the speaker uses very long sentences to transmit an idea, making it sometimes hard to follow (specially in german with the verb at the end  )

What is the max number of chars per timestamp the system accepts?
