haven't been able to save words

hey all, i’ve been trying to reach out for tech support or something, but it only redirects me to the forums, so i’m posting it here i guess. haven’t been able to save words for the past week or so, it’s really starting to impede my learning progress, this really shouldn’t happen if i’m paying for a pro account. furthermore, i logged out & logged back in while trying to fix it, & now all my saved words are gone. not sure what’s up. would be great if you could reply via email, but there didn’t seem to be any. just wanna let yall know.
