Hover dictionary is broken "Failed to retreive linguistic data"

Hello, I just downloaded LR for the first time today and it was working great at first but for the past few hours has had this issue! It will show the translations when I hover over the subtitles in the sidebar, but nothing happens when I hover over the subtitles in the video or click on them. I’ve tried it with multiple youtube videos and also on netflix but it’s the same thing on everything I’ve tried.
