It is only showing me American Netflix titles, which I can not even view from Japan if I wanted to. Keep in mind I have never used VPN, so that is not part of the issue. My IP is detected as Japanese and it is not a cookie problem because I have lived here for 10 years and so my computer has always logged into the website from Japan.

The selection of movies in the Netflix tab may sometimes include titles that are not available in your country. This is due to Netflix’s regional licensing policies, which we cannot control or change.
However, you can view a list of movies with Language Reactor subtitles that are available in your region directly on Netflix. To do this, install the Language Reactor extension and go to the “Browse by Language” tab.
