I want to remove the default dictionary or mouse hover

I read somewhere that the “mouse hover” option is completely gone and now I’m stuck with the mouse hover activating the default Japanese dictionary that gives me the definition of the word. I want to remove this feature because it gives wrong definitions and is distracting. How can I make it so that “mouse hover” does nothing?

I would also like to be able to turn off the built-in hover dictionary. Please return that function to users.

Bumping this again. We used to have the option to turn off this dictionary. Why would you remove this functionality?
