I’m using the video file player and PhrasePump, for what it’s worth. My language combination is Japanese (learning) to English (known).
I’ve found that recently (today at least), I cannot see hiragana transliterations when the mini-dictionary pops up after hovering over a word composed of kanji. I only see the English translations for the word.
Not sure if this is a deliberate change, so I’m marking this as a bug for now.
