Been having issues with:
Language Reactor Error: Failed to retrieve linguistic data: NETWORK_ERROR Lang: es
From Mexico City, with Spanish subtitles.
Last few days, nothing at all, but it occasionally happened previously to now.
I even got a new modem because I thought it might be related, but it hasn’t helped.
I miss the service. It was the reason I upgraded to the premium service.
I was able to get it to work for another show, and went I went back to the original show, it was working.
Not sure what changed, but it’s working again!

It happened again today when I tried refreshing, and I tried going to a different show and it worked.
Went back to the original show immediately after, and it loaded up the language catalog just fine.
Weird but kind of a temporary fix for me.
yes,it os almost impossibke to use ASR, for what are we paying for then???
Reading the forum, I realized that it was good that there were problems with the trial version and I didn’t have time to pay for the subscription.
This issue might be time dependent
I just watched a video without any problems on youtube. One video later and I get this error.
