I recently purchased Language Reactor Pro, but I am not satisfied with the product. The translations are inaccurate and contextually wrong, which makes it impossible to use the tool for language learning. For example, the extension translated “I need backup” as “yedeklemeye ihtiyacım var,” which is completely incorrect. There are many similar mistakes, and this affects my learning experience negatively.
Because the service does not perform as advertised and does not meet my expectations, I would like to request a full refund for my subscription.
