LR subtitle translator is adding words not said by the character

I use the media player feature and import some episodes from tv shows. Assume they are legally obtained.
Most of the time FSR correctly transcribes the voices into subtitles, however the issue comes with the translated subs. Sometimes they add terms/names related to the specific show despite the characters not speaking about them OR spoke about them in the English dub but not in the Arabic dub of the tv show. Note that my files only contain the Arabic audio stream, no other languages.

For example, the character doesn’t use the word “Quirk” in the Arabic dub nor something equivalent to it but do in the English one. However somehow it added it to the subtitle.

In addition, one time I was watching an episode of Legend of Korra from the first season, and the translated subs mistakenly mentions the name of a character which is introduced in season 2. The Arabic audio did NOT mention the S2 character’s name but mentioned someone else

Another example; nowhere does it say Detroit in the arabic audio but it does in the LR translated subs.

Btw detroit smash is the name of a particular technique in the english dub, not found in the arabic one
