I have a few videos I want to import in the media player for ASR there’s a popup that says “Could not fully analyze this media file. Embedded subtitles, audio track selection, and ASR are unavailable. You can still play with external subtitles.”. In addition the player doesn’t detect the audio tracks.
I tried playing the video files in VLC and there’s no issue at all with playing the audio.
I also tried adding a random subtitle from Opensubtitles from the option in the media player screen and clicked on play but once the video screen appears the video area is black.
