DeepL is a translation app I have come across that seems very accurate and has an API that could maybe be used to make translation more accurate. Not sure how hard this would be to integrate but as I am currently learning Spanish I am at a level where I am noticing some words or sentences are not correctly translated and its driving me mad XD. This also means I am not sure if new words are accurate or not and at the moment would need to check on something like DeepL and then disregard the LR translation.
