I am learning English. When I entered Netflix, subtitles used to appear both in my native language and in English, but now only one can be selected. I cannot use them at the same time. What is the reason for this?

Can you provide a screenshot of your settings and a screenshot of what you see on your screen to give us a better understanding of the situation?
Also, make sure that the translation you have selected is available. Sometimes machine/human translation is unavailable, but it is selected in the settings. This may be the reason why you cannot see the translation subtitles.
