Only one set of subtitles showing up

I just started using LLN and when im watching netflix i cant seem to figure out how to get both subtitles to show up. I am an English speaker learning Japanese, and my LLN is only showing english.

I can see the translations when I hover over the words, but i see in other peoples screen captures that they usually exist side by side

Im watching Your Lie In April and Im in the USA if that is relevant information

What? I have the opposite issue where I can’t even get rid of the English. What are your settings?

  • send me the link of the video where you have problem ?
  • tell me which languages you try to access ?
  • from which country you use netflix ?
