Keep loading but failed from yesterday

It takes about 2 full minutes for the subtitles to load. If they do not load after 2 minutes, press the Refresh button then they should be there.

Hi. I’ve had this problem for few months (MacBook, Chrome) :triumph: This applies to all movies on Netflix. I’m interested in English audio and English subtitles. I’m from Poland. Refreshing is not working.
