We’re working on a catalogue for Youtube channels (in progress), links are scraped from language learning subreddits:

There’s some good stuff, take a dig.
We’re going to truncate channel descriptions down to a couple of lines and machine translate to English. Also, add the % of videos in the channel with CC.
If someone is interested in helping curate these lists into a top 30 list for a particular language(s), with some better descriptions, send a PM. 
Later… we’ll make it possible to submit suggestions, maybe add upvoting system.
