no sound in video

I load my video file via Chrom and -load the subtitle file - I have the image and subtitles but no sound. What should I do to make the sound appear?

@Valerij_Seregin Everything works fine for me and I have sound. What files did you upload?

MKV file. In the end:
ME - no video , yes- sound and subtitles,
in CHROM - yes video ,subtitles . no sound,
in OPERA - all OK”.
