Had a similar issue before, usually it’s either the extension not updating properly or a browser conflict. Try removing and reinstalling the extension, and make sure Netflix is opened in a normal tab (not incognito). Also check if any other extensions are interfering or if your browser needs an update. That sorted it for me.
