I know it isn’t officially supported, but I was checking out what some have mentioned about being able to use LR on ipad/iphone with the orion browser. I am not having the issue many report in the past with not being able to log in to LR, I can log in just fine, but the LR button does not appear in playback. I do have desktop site on.
Does this workaround no longer work?

I found a working way to use Language Reactor on iPad.
I optimized the Orion browser extension setup, and now Language Reactor can run on iPad for Netflix / YouTube subtitle learning. It is not an official iPad app, but it works through Orion with the extension configured properly.
