Problem:
I paid for a 1-year Pro subscription on April 1, 2026, but the paid features are not working correctly.
Main issues:
- Lexa keeps loading and does not finish
- I cannot save words
Important timeline:
- On March 28, I could not access the Paddle payment page
- I contacted support and only received an automated reply
- On April 1, I finally completed payment for a 1-year Pro subscription
- However, the paid features still do not work
