Paid for 1-year Pro, but Lexa does not work and words cannot be saved

Hello, I would like to report a serious issue with my paid account.

Problem:
I paid for a 1-year Pro subscription on April 1, 2026, but the paid features are not working correctly.

Main issues:
- Lexa keeps loading and does not finish
- I cannot save words

Important timeline:

  • On March 28, I could not access the Paddle payment page
  • I contacted support and only received an automated reply
  • On April 1, I finally completed payment for a 1-year Pro subscription
  • However, the paid features still do not work

I am having the same problem :frowning:
Says “could not load translations” and the Lexa feature does not work. Frustrating because paid for pro membership and can’t use pro features.
