Bug Report: Automatic Translation Not Working After Purchasing Pro Subscription

I am experiencing a serious issue with automatic translation on all websites and videos. Right after I purchased the Pro subscription, automatic translation stopped working entirely.
Here are my details:
Issue: Automatic translation is not working on any video or website.
Subscription: I purchased the Pro subscription today, and the issue started about an hour after the purchase.
Network:I am using Verizon in the United States.
Languages: My primary language is Chinese, and I am using it to learn English and Japanese.
This issue is significantly affecting my ability to use the service as intended. I kindly request either a solution to restore the automatic translation feature or a three-month refund for the inconvenience.
Please let me know how this can be resolved as soon as possible.

What do you mean “on all websites and videos”. Our extension works only Netflix and YouTube.
You don’t have subtitles on YouTube and Netflix?

I’ve been unable to use your feature on Netflix for two months straight as it keeps showing "Subtitles loading, please wait."and there is also no refund channel
