Persistent server error: cannot fetch index of saved items

Hello Language Reactor Team,
I’m experiencing persistent server-side errors with my account and I’m unable to resolve them on my end.
The following error messages appear consistently:
“Server error – cannot fetch index of saved items”,
“Unable to load flashcard metadata”,
I’ve already tried logging out and logging back in, clearing local data, and reinstalling the extension, but the issue remains. Logging out disables the errors, which suggests this is an account-level server-side problem rather than a local browser issue.
It seems that my saved items index and/or flashcard metadata on the server may be corrupted or out of sync.
Could you please help reset or rebuild my saved items index and flashcard metadata for my account?
