Severe ongoing server errors: word highlighting, sentence saving and flashcard sync still broken
Hello!
I’m still experiencing severe issues with Language Reactor across all platforms (Chrome, Firefox, Windows, Android):
– Word highlighting does not work reliably
– “Failed to retrieve linguistic data: NETWORK_ERROR Lang: …” appears constantly for different languages
– Sentence saving fails
– Flashcards do not save progress (“Server error”)
– The app occasionally works for a few seconds, then breaks again
– Errors occur even in clean browsers and new profiles
This clearly indicates server-side instability.
Is there any estimated time for a full fix?
It has been several days already, and the service remains unusable, although I have a paid subscription.
Please, could you give a status update?
The issue is critical for many users.
