Phrasepump not always generating translations

Bug description:
Phrasepump isn’t always generating english translations for Greek phrases. This is something that has happened to me since yesterday. Some sentences do have translations, coincidentally only sentences that have appeared before seem to be translated. I have a suspicion that no new translations are being generated at the moment for phrasepump sentences.

An example is the following:

Also, on the main site (https://www.languagereactor.com/) it shows failed services: HOST MEM, ASR CONTAINERS, mTTS, GPU 10.66.66.216 – which seem to have coincided with the appearance of this bug.

I’ve been able to reproduce the same bug on both chrome (fresh install) and brave (also still seeing the same failed services error).
