We really need to combine listening and reading. This helps break the reading obstacle and improve the focus. There are a lot of discussions and research about the benefits of reading while listening. So with you really think about this feature in the future.

Language Reactor already supports this workflow, although not via direct EPUB import yet.
Use the “MyText” features to add text, listen to it using the “text-to-speech” feature, read along while listening, and practice vocabulary (mark words as known or being learned).
This already allows you to combine listening + reading and work with vocabulary in a very similar way to what you described.
However, EPUB import is a separate feature, and we understand why it would be useful (especially for books). We have taken note of this to add it for consideration in the future. 
Hi! thanks for your response ! I get what you mean. Actually I found an alternate way to reach my goal. The way is to transform epub to audiobook and upload it to youtube then I can read while listen.
