Recently on YouTube, the vocabulary window has shifted to the left side, blocking the video.

We haven’t released an update that would have changed the subtitle list. This behavior is most likely caused by a conflict between the LR extension and other extensions installed in the Google Chrome browser (especially ad blockers or similar language-learning extensions).
Try disabling all extensions and leaving only the LR extension enabled. This should resolve the issue.
