Some TV shows display English words in an incorrect order.

At 1:30, the Language Reactor will display subtitles on the screen.
I'll tell you what, Robert.
just got married, Your baby girl
I'm gonna throw you a bone.
But Harvey actually is saying :
I'll tell you what, Robert.
Your baby girl just got married,
I'm gonna throw you a bone.
I encounter a lot of this issue…
I can only fix this by disabling Language Reactor. Therefore, I think Language Reactor is the cause.
This pattern is not uncommon in other scenes or TV shows and I have observed it previously. For example, “How to get away with murder” https://www.netflix.com/watch/81229219
I access Netflix from Japan or Australia.
It seems like other users report this problem.
