Since there are a lot of anime on Netflix that don’t have Japanese subtitles I was wondering if there is a way to upload them manually.

No, you can’t upload subtitles and use them on Netflix.
If you want to every anime to have subtitles, use vpn and set it to Japan, i recommend using NordVpn or ExpressVpn.
