Hello! Just a couple of days ago I successfully used the “Video File” mode on the site (Language Reactor). Namely, I was opening a 10min .mp4 file with Portuguese subtitles. But now every time I try doing that, I get “Error loading data” and a button “Try again” next to it, pressing which basically leads to the same result. I tried opening other files (.avi, .mkv) - still the same error. I wonder if it can be fixed somehow?
