ASR Subtitles error

Anyone having ASR issues? I’m trying to watch anime such as Naruto and Detective Conan through Netflix Japan (Japanese to English) but it says Network Error. Please help! Problem fetching ASR subs. NETWORK_ERROR

Edit: Even Japanese dramas as well.

Same. I thought it was just me
