I cannot choose the subtitles that match with the dubbing . It says there is a problem with the network. I have tried it multiple times and also restarted my laptop. I am having the bug in Germany. I am watching the content in Arabic. it says problem fetching ASR sub. Error network. the same applies to all content. the asr subtitles do not work at all. please fix it.
I think users all over the world are experiencing the same problem. Same here. The manager recognized the problem a day ago and is trying to solve it. However, it’s frustrating because we don’t know how long the restoration has been done
