I have the same problem.

Subtitles are not working on Netflix. Appears as loading subtitles. They only work on YouTube.

Hello everyone, I also have the issue that the subtitles won’t load on Netflix. A few hours ago it was working fine, but then I wanted to continue watching a series I’m using to study English, and now it only shows the message: “- Loading subtitles. Please wait… -”

I tried mine on Netflix this morning and they seemed to be working fine.

Hi,

This problem occurs 2 days ago, but stayed only few minutes/hours. But i just checked on my Netflix, i don’t have this issue.

Maybe give it a try every 30mins, this problem will not be long.

Just few hours ago I cam across this issue with Netflix and I have simply cleared the cache of my PC and now the issue is over and I can load the subtitles just like before.

You can fix this issue by restarting the Netflix app and clearing its cache files. Or, you can download Netflix videos via some third-party tools like Tunelf so that you can get rid of the bugs of the Netfllix app.
