Hello, I’ve recently tried to buy premium of language reactor, but it can’t seem to work. I’ve tried 3 times from 2 cards, both of them didn’t work. There was a message saying that there was a problem with my bank and then appeared the following message. Can you please help me with that?

I highly recommend you email LR with this problem. They may be able to respond more quickly than through the forum for this, especially since it’s preventing you from upgrading:

It varies. It takes time. I just know they monitor the email a bit more than respond to forum posts.
With most email correspondence for any person these days, the standard is a week, but you could always reply to the email in a day, then reply again in a week if you haven’t heard anything.
For emails, I usually do (after emailing initially):
- 3 day check-in
- 1 week check-in
- 2 week check-in
P. S. They’re a small team (only a handful of them).
