Chinese human translation disappeared on netflix

I can’t find the human translation of Chinese (both simplified and traditional) in the translation language bar today, but only machine translation. Is that need to subscribe to use?

still not working. And It seems that the Chinese subtitles just disappeared with English[CC] subtitles.
